This is mostly because the tannins are so smooth that they are almost imperceptible. The red fruit is crunchy and delicious. It's also ripe but again, the acidity keeps everything balanced. Mostly, it's delicious and a real pleasure to drink. About this wine Les Hauts Jarrons is a 4. 4 ha 1er cru Pinot Noir vineyard just below Autoroute A6. Guiton
