With the replacement came an increase from 40% to 43% ABV (a wise move). It has been matured in a combination of first fill and refill Oloroso sherry casks. Producer's Notes: Nose: Rich and enticing, iced cinnamon rolls, orange boiled sweets, fresh sweet oak with raisins and the faint hint of mint.
