Bodice: 15" from shoulder to top seam of waist band

On an actual body you can cinch it in even tighter to create more of an hourglass shape

The design brings all the draping and gathers in towards the center of the waist at the front and the skirt even curves up towards it as well

The dress seems to be sculpted to create a second skin

I created a sort of landscape out of the tufts then added sky and border lines from similar wiggle lines inherited from "Wiggle and Check"
